Violet Vipers Rock!

With Brooke's lung we were not really sure if soccer was a sport that she would be able to play or if she would even be interested in it. We wanted to try it, since you play with neighborhood kids and with starting Kindergarten, we thought it would be a great way to meet kids. Brooke seemed a little overwhelmed the first practice, but then after that she took off and was a little soccer stud! She loved scoring goals and playing goalie. She met so many nice little friends and they did so well as a team, they want to all stay together next year! As far as her lung, we have done a lot of test and are using an inhaler to help with the breathing. Her newest x ray showed that it may continue to be harder for her to breathe, but we will keep working with her on it, as long she continues to love playing soccer.
