Brooke had her second dance recital through Flip 2 It Dance/Gymastic Class. Peppermint Paradise was the theme and all the rountine involved holiday songs.
Paradise.........Okay well these dance recitals are not so easy for the parents either! You got to get them dressed, hair done, in their places, smile for pictures, be here, go there....yikes! But worth it in the end the costumes were cute and the Brooke did great in her dance.
Now the recital was at 3:00-in our house 3:00 is right in the middle of nap time and if you wake Brooke up from a nap she is like a bear....Well when I woke her up she was excited to go to her recital but not so excited to pose for pictures for mommy or wear her crown. Her group was second and they did the 12 days of Christmas. The first 5 days/moves most the girls just stood there but then on day 6 they started moving! It ended up being really cute and I got my "bear" to take a few cute pics for her mommy.
