Little Miss Sunshine!

We took advantage of the sun we got this afternoon and enjoyed a nice day outside (before the rain comes again!). Brooke loves driving in her buggie, running on the lawn, swinging really high, going up and down the slide, and playing in her playhouse. Here are a few pics of Brooke enjoying the sun!

Brooke hasn't really gotten into the whole Princess thing yet, but her friend Hannah had a Princess birthday party, so she got her first dress up experience(all the little ones wore Prince/Princess outfits.) Hannah's mom had everything decorated just perfect and we had lots of fun!Brooke went as Snow White. Here are a few pictures from the day...

Winter Wonderland!

We were lucky enough to go to one of my favorite places this weekend...........TAHOE! I love it.I grew up there and could spend all my free time there!!! Good friends of our family Al and Sue Mears are remolding their home (OMG it is beautiful!!!!) So we (Scott, Brooke, my mom, and me) headed up to check out their amazing home and play in the snow! Al and Sue were such wonderful hosts and treated us like royalty. The weather was perfect and it snowed on Saturday morning-just in time for us to play! We had such a wonderful time!

Super Sunday.......and Saturday too!

For Superbowl this year we joined some old Chico friends at the "Boden's House" It was good to see all of them and their little ones. Brooke had so much fun playing with Drew and the dog-dog! Mommy didn't watch too much of the game but what I did watch was exciting. Although I wanted the Cardinals to win (sorry Butera's)....I am a sucker for the underdog! We had a "super" time and are looking foward to next years football season! (The touchdown picture is for you Alexander and Matthew)







Grantie Lori came to visit us and play with Brooke. So we took advantage of the babysitter and went on a double date with Sara and Chris! We enjoyed some sushi, saki, and some bowling. I will admit I am a terrible bowler but from one of the pictures you can tell I was the WINNER ( I am the 147 score)!!!!! It was nice to have an evening out with friends! And I know Brookie loved getting spoiled by Grantie Lori!
