Sisters Rock!

Words can't describe how in love I am with these two little girls!!

Brooke loves being with her little sister. She loves getting in her crib with her and reading her books. I love these pictures because Bri is really focused on the book Brooke was reading to her and Brooke was telling her what all the body parts on the pages were. These are the moments that I cherish.

So BERRY Sweet!

On Friday we went and had lunch with Daddy at his school. It was so much fun. Brooke loved being around all the big kids and pretending at Daddy's desk.

Taking in a Ball Game

My Grandpa has always been a big fan of high school sports and always supported my brother and I in all our sporting events. Last week he came up to visit my girlies, take in one of Scott's baseball games, and treated us to dinner. Brooke loved chatting with Great Grandpa and keeps getting in her toy car and telling me she is driving to go see him. Thanks Gramps for a great visit!

Crash and Burn.............

As you can see Brooke had a little accident............She was running at the park and broke her fall with her face instead of the hands. OUCH!!! She is one tough cookie though. She is even letting me put lots of medicine on it so it can be fully healed by the time she is in a wedding in 2 weeks. Each day that she wakes up it gets a little better with less scabbing. We know this won't the last scrape of injury in this household.

Brianne Elizabeth {2 Months}

Where did the last 8 weeks go? Brianne is two months old. She is such a little sweetie. She had her two month check up and weighed 12 lbs. and was 22 inches long. She has the cutest cheeks (looks like she is storing nuts for the Winter) and is getting lots of rolls on her arms and legs. She is smiling and cooing all the time now and developing such a cute little personality. Brianne is such an easy going baby. She sleeps from about 9-2 or 3 at night then wakes up to eat and sleeps again until ........I guess whenever her sister wakes her up (lol). We are so in love with Bri Bri and can't imagine life without our little lovebug!

The Big 3-0!!!!!!

These pictures are from a small bbq on Sunday but we are celebrating with an adult evening out this Saturday!! Looking forward to it!

THIRTY YEARS................I can't believe I turned thirty this year. The last thirty years have been filled with such great memories (and some times of sadness). I have made so many incredible friends, married an amazing provider, friend, and husband, and became a mommy of two precious little angels!!! I remember when I was younger thinking 30 was old and I thought I would never be 3-0. Now that it is here I feel lucky to be 30 and to live the life I live! I have had my SHARE of FUN over the last 30 years but I am so looking forward to my thirties. This will be an amazing time for Scott and I to continue our wonderful life with our two sweeties! I can honestly say that I don't look back with any regrets and feel I learn something new everyday........I am so thankful for what I have at 30 and look forward to so many more wonderful memories. Dad keep watching over us many more good things to come!

Brianne's New Friends!

This is Aidyn, she is my friend Kati's beautiful daughter. She is 5 weeks younger than Bri and very sleepy.......Brianne and Aidyn will have lots of fun as they grow!

This is Bri's adorable friend Harlow. Her sister Hailey and Hannah are good friends of Brooke. Her and Bri are 6 weeks apart. She had a scary start but made it 37 weeks and we are so glad she is health. She and Bri will be good buds!

This is Brianne's prom date in 17 years. My friend Somer had this sweet baby boy, Braydon, a week after Bri was born. Brianne was very sleepy that day and would not wake up even when her boyfriend tried to cuddle with her. Can't wait to see what trouble these two get into!

You can lean on me buddy..........

This is Brianne's friend Emily she is almost exactly one month older than Bri and cute as can be. Krista and I were pregnant with both our girls at the same time. Brooke and Katelyn are exactly one month apart ...we were so close this time (missing by one day!) They will have so much fun on our visits!

Hoppy Easter!

Grandma and Grandpa and the girlies

Meeting Great Grandma

We had a lovely Easter brunch with Scott's family. The girls got all dolled up in their Easter dresses from Grandma. We enjoyed all yummy food Scott's mom made and we even managed to beat the rain and squeeze in an egg hunt we had a very fast egg hunt. It is always so good to spend the holidays with family!

The Easter bunny stopped by and dropped off some baskets and goodies for the girls. I so enjoy the little details and fun of the holidays. I love watching the joy in Brooke's (and some day Brianne's) eyes when she saw the Easter bunny had been there and that he brought her some of her favorite treats and toys!

OC Annual Picnic

Sisterly love

The Vares/Seffens Family

Grammy and the girls

This is our third year at the OC Annual Easter picnic and we had a great time! Tien and her friends organize a pot luck picnic at the park. There is lots of yummy food, drinks, games, a visit from the Bunny (which was Kailynn-she was awesome), and a huge egg hunt. Brooke had fun running around and enjoyed the candy she gathered during the egg hunt! She was opening and eating the eggs and she collected them!
